Me Daniel St-Pierre
Graduating from the Faculty of Law at the Université de Montréal in 1983, Me Daniel St-Pierre has been a member of the Quebec Bar since 1984. He founded St-Pierre Unterberg with his wife, Me Helene Unterberg, on October 16, 2000, and in his capacity at the firm he deals primarily with litigation files. Me St-Pierre boasts many years of experience in pleading before trial courts and the Quebec Court of Appeal. He has also appeared before the Supreme Court of Canada on three occasions to argue an appeal on the merits.
A respected litigator, Me St-Pierre also taught at the École du Barreau from 1994 to 2004. In addition, starting in 1997, he taught civil procedure and civil evidence law at the Université de Montréal’s Faculty of Law and Faculty of Continuing Education.
Me St-Pierre has also been teaching at UQAM’s legal studies department since 2006 and the Faculty of Law at the Université de Sherbrooke since 2011.
Currently completing a master’s program begun in 2014 in dispute prevention and resolution at the Université de Sherbrooke’s Faculty of Law, Me St-Pierre is also able to serve as an arbitrator in civil and commercial disputes.
